inorder to follow their daily morning routines.

following are few morning routines that might be helpful
to the candidate who are serious about their life ambitions.

1) wake up early in the morning.
   Before going to the bed at night set a proper timings for wakeup
    early in the morning. for suppose to be set 5:00AM should be your
    wakeup time. you need memorise three to four times "i should wakeup
    early morning at 5:00AM".

2) Fix your sleeping time.
     From morning to evening anwards you need to be able to think that,
     your proper sleeping timings. a good sleeping time according the experts
    before 11:00PM would be the best time to go to bed.

3) Do yoga for 45 minutes.
     Early morning spend few minutes for your health activities.
    a good student do medition , pranayamam, vajrasanam etc.
    if you dont no about yoga you should follow the RAMDEV BABA for
   yoga classes.
 
4) Try to jogging for 1 km to 2 km.
    Try to run or jogging or walking to 1 kilometer to 2 kilometer.

5) Prepare Schedule from morning to evening.
    Take a notebook and try to write your activities and prepare a schedule in the
      morning only for that you will be able to complete your work very quickly.
