how to face depression ?

 Whenever you face depression, there are five simple tips you must follow.

they are.,

(1) First of all try to control your mind and don't panic in that situation.

(2) Go to a small open place and few minutes time there.

(3) Don't think too much about your problem.

(4) Try to talk with your favourite persons or loved ones.

(5) Last tip but not the least , try to figure out a solution to your problem,depression etc..
