How to deal with anxiety disorder ?

About anxiety disorder

Anxiety disorder is type of mental health problem. it is characterised by the feelings of worry, inability to control emotions, fear of activities without actually happening. and it interfere with one's daily activities.

Examples of anxiety disorders include different type of panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Few symptoms: Symptoms include stress that is out of proportion to the impact of the event, inability to set aside a worry and restlessness. feeling of nervousness in the daily activities. it intensifies to do activities quickly as much as possible but at the end with the effect of anxiety disorder the daily activities becomes infertile.


Affects of anxiety disorder

1) Insomnia: the definition of insomnia is the habitual sleeplessness and simply we can say that it is condition inability to sleep.

2) Fast Heartbeat: it is also called as Tachycardia. and it also known as fast heart rate.

3) Sweating: it is also called as Persipiration. in this condition body releases fluids from the sweat glands to regulate body temperature. sweating also response to stress, anxiety, or the other emotional states.

4) Shaking or Twitching: these can be refer to both tremors and muscle twitches, which are distinct but related involuntary movements.

5) Headache: A painful sensation in any part of the head is called headache.

6) Fatigue:  it is situation of feeling overtired. this condition occures with low energy.

7) Shortness of breath: it is also called Dyspnea. the most common reasons for shortness of breath are heart and lung conditions. and soe other causes include anxiety,obesity etc..

8) Diegstive problems: it is a condition that effects the digestive tract,stomach,intestines,rectum,anus.


Self Treatment 

Physical exercise is must and should do to overcome anxiety disorder. from morning before the sun all those people who are suffering from the this disease can plan a day with proper exercise schedule, Proper exercise will improve the immunity power therefore it leads to reduce anxiety related problems

Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs, because once you addicted to these alcohol and drugs you become severely suffers with anxiety disorder. by practically we can say truth that at a time quit from consumption of alcohol is not possible but through the time we can achieve to quit from alcohol. and at the same time you  should follow similar procedure for recreational drugs it will automatically leads to reduction of consuming toxic drugs.

Quit smoking and caffeinated beverages will improve the haelth of  human lungs in respiration process.

Follow some your own techniques of stress management and relaxation techniques. once your mind is free from stress you can do whatever you want in daily activities. these techniques will trigger the development of self thinking process.

Maintain Healthy Diet, proper diet will boost the nutrition needs of the human body. every organ of the human body wants some nutritions like iron, calcium,magnesium, etc minerals and vitamins like B1,B12,A,D,E,K fat soluble & water soluble vitamins.

Whenever you feel low, try to think like an expert of the world, whenever or  watever the problems coming into your life you should keep in your mind that some of  the basic things like, " it's ok alright i can do my best at this moment and will try to find the solutions to problems whatever occurred which i cant change past but my future always in my hand".

Two main therapy for anxiety disorder.

There are two main theraphy,

1) Psychotheraphy.

2)Medication.

Psychotheraphy: it is a theraphy that commonly involving CBT(Cognitive behavioural theraphy). it helps that individuals will learn coping skills, and manage anxious thoughts and behaviours

Medication: Anti-anxiety medications and antidepressants can help to reduce the anxiety symptoms, that perticularly in the short term. this medication can be used alone or combination with psychotheraphy.

In Briefly we can say that anxiety disorder problems can be solved 90% through the self treatment procedure, but in some rare cases the anxiety disorder patients needs to consult your nearby doctor with  the two main therapies , Psychotheraphy and Medication.
